How does the website work?

Leoca presents two collections a year (Fall/Winter – Spring/Summer) for women and for girls. Find our women’s collections and our girls’ collections.

Do I have to create an account to place my order?

Yes. LEOCA Paris invite all customers to create a free account before placing an order.

How can I know if my order has been registered?

Once you have placed an order, you will receive a confirmation email and a second email showing you the tracking number of your package. You will be able to track the delivery of your package until it’s delivered.

8 € VIA CHRONOPOST The order is delivered the day after the order validation (working days). The delivery is free from over 250 € of purchase. Free return.

Can I change my order once it is placed?

Unfortunately, we are unable to modify an order once it has been placed. Upon receipt of your package, you have a period of 15 days to change your mind. Please refer to the Returns and Refunds section.

What to do when an item is out of stock?

If the item you want is no longer available in your size, we invite you to choose an item with the similar style or ask to be notified of a possible restocking by clicking the button “create an alert” which is available on the index of the item.

How to choose my size?

You can consult our guide of the accessible sizes on the index of each item or click here for the woman size guide and the girl size guide.

How long can I keep my basket?

Items are not reserved when added to the cart. However, you can access it after several days. An email will be sent to warn you that your cart is still present. If you wish to place your order later, we can not guarantee the future availability of items in your basket. You can also add your favorite items in your Wishlist from the product page. You can then access it from your customer account. This action does not guarantee future availability of selected items.

Returns and refunds

How to return from France, Belgium, Germany, the United Kingdom, Italy, Spain, the Netherlands, Portugal, Finland, Sweden, Denmark and Luxembourg)?

You have 15 days after receipt of your order to return your purchases against payment if they are not suitable. We do not do standard exchange. For a new size, another model or another color, just reorder on the e-shop. 1. ANNOUNCE US YOUR RETURN For a simplified return and a faster refund, you can register your request for return on our site, in my account MY ACCOUNT/MY RETURNS. 2. SEND US YOUR RETURN Paste the shipping label on your package and send it to the relay point or post office of your choice!

How to return from another country?

You have 15 days after receipt of your order to return your purchases against refund if they do not suit you. 1. ANNOUNCE US YOUR RETURN For a simplified return and a faster refund, you can register your request for return on our site, in my account MY ACCOUNT/MY RETURNS. 2. SEND US YOUR RETURN Follow the procedure according to your means of return: Choose the available means of return and send back the package to the following address: LEOCA 44 rue du Cherche-Midi 75006 Paris France

Do I have to pay the custom taxes?

You will be responsible for all customs duties, taxes and other official charges as well as customs clearance fees due to the importation of the products in the country where the delivery is requested.

How long will I be refunded?

Returning packages take between 5 to 10 working days to be delivered after the deposit. We advise you to keep your tracking numbers carefully. Once your package is received, just leave a few days to our team to process your refund. You will receive an email to inform you when the refund has been made. The refund will be done within 15 days maximum.

Payment

How to pay my order?

Payment of your order on our website can be made: – by bank card (visa, mastercard, maestro et american express) – via Paypal – by e-gift card The e-shop of LEOCA does not allow the payments in several times.

Are my online payments secured?

All online payments are processed by Stripe which is certified by Level 1 PCI service provider. This is the most rigorous level of certification which is available in the payments industry. Stripe has a cash transfer license in the United States, AFSL in Australia, e-money license in Europe and MSB registry in Canada.

What to do if my online payment is declined?

If your credit card has been declined, it may be due to one of these reasons: You made a mistake in entering your PIN. You made a mistake in entering the expiry date of your card or its security code (cryptogram). Your name and address do not match those registered by your bank. For any other reason, please contact your bank or credit institution if you would like to have more information when the payment is declined.
